Lifestyle Medicine is an evidence-based approach to preventing, treating, and even reversing diseases by replacing unhealthy behaviors with positive ones -such as eating healthfully, being physically active, managing stress, avoiding risky substance abuse, getting adequate sleep, and have a strong support system.
